The Telecounselor (Temporary Staff) assists in the recruitment process by making outbound calls to prospective students at various stages in the enrollment process from inquiry to matriculation. The Telecounselor will report to the Lead Recruitment Specialist. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Makes outcalls to students from inquiry, application, acceptance, confirmation, and matriculation • Respond to email inquiries as directed
• Keeps daily records of attempted and completed calls
• Performs other duties as assigned
