Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Provides administrative and end-user support for SMO-managed systems and cloud services supporting the centralized implementation, management, and integration of data and performance measurements with existing IT service management and operations practices for Rutgers IT.
- Serves as a subject matter expert assisting university units, schools and organizations to understand guiding principles, policies, processes, and procedures to support and manage data related to reporting, dashboards, and performance management through trend analysis.
- Works closely with the SMO and collaboratively with the ITSM Project Team to support the design, architecture, configuration, and maintenance of the Rutgers IT data management systems and cloud services.
- Works closely with IT Executives, the SMO, Help Desk leadership, and ITSM practice leads to identify key strategic objectives, KPIs and metrics to support the adoption and improvement of IT service management across Rutgers IT.
