Staff Attorney & Director, Wrongful Conviction Clinic

Assumes direct responsibility for teaching and managing the CSU Law Wrongful Conviction Clinic, which represents clients pursuing claims of wrongful conviction or wrongful sentencing and seeking acquittal, new trial, new sentencing, or other appropriate relief. Teaches the Clinic, including directly supervising students and working directly with partner firms or organizations, such as public defender’s offices or law firms. Supervises assigned staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
