Program Coordinator

The Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion (CSDI) Program Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position that reports to the Director of CSDI. The Program Coordinator performs administrative support for the department in accordance with established guidelines and procedures for facilitating daily operations, event coordination, recruitment, and communications. The position also coordinates and leads the provision of direct services to historically underrepresented students and leads the grant-funded Wayfinders program. The goal of the Wayfinders Program is to prepare John Carroll University’s historically underrepresented students for entry into the workplace.
