The Career Exploration & Development Center (CED) is looking to hire Peer Career Advisors to support their efforts to make career development more equitable and inclusive for all Oberlin students beginning in the 2023 Fall semester. Peer Career Advisors work independently and collaboratively to guide their peers on their career journeys, advise them on career-related topics, organize monthly workshops, raise awareness of the CED on campus, and assist with creating helpful resources for students to access. The Peer Career Advisor reports directly to the Assistant Director for Career Readiness.
