The Department of Food Science in the School of Environmental and
Biological Sciences at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is
currently seeking Part-time Lecturers to teach various undergraduate or
graduate courses such as : Food and Health; Food as Medicine; Food
Process Engineering; Current Issues in Food Science and Food Law;
Carbohydrates in Foods; Nutragenomics & Nutraceuticals, and possibly
others during the Spring 2022 semester.
The instructors will present course materials during assigned course
times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades and coordinate
any other requirements related to course instruction. Applicants should
specify which course is of primary interest.
