The Java Developer is responsible for various business systems. Documents requirements, establishes scope, objectives and determines strategy for implementing systems to achieve business goals including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and working closely with business functions to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Participate as a team member or lead small application development projects in all areas of application design and development, mentor junior programmers, enhancements and fixes and creating and customized reporting needs in support of the University’s Java/JEE, Spring/Springboot and related third party applications.
