Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Interim Business Consultant – Space Planner for the Department of Facilities Planning and Logistical Services within New Jersey Medical School.
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Interim Business Consultant – Space Planner coordinates the maintenance, upkeep, renovation, and construction of all New Jersey Medical School facilities and sites.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Gathers and inputs updates and changes to the NJMS space use inventory (Archibus).
- Confirms occupancy, use and function of NJMS spaces.
- Collects data needed for MSB renovation relocation.
- Generates spreadsheets and drawings for space relocation and assignment.
- Works with NJMS, IPO and EYP to develop a relocation plan for the MSB renovation.
