The faculty member primary duties and responsibilities will be to work as a Nocturnist supporting the Hospitalist Service. Faculty member will be working at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital delivering state of the art and high quality care through a team based approach to care. Also following a service of up to twenty patients. Must work at least 37 weeks on this service as assigned. This will include weekend call of an average of one weekend per month and night call as assigned. Duties also include providing leadership and fulfilling administrative and teaching responsibilities inherent in achieving program goals, care of the hospitalized patient. Will also be expected to complete all clinical and administrative work in a timely fashion.
To be qualified, candidate must be board certified/eligible and have competence in the care of adults.
