University of the Virgin IslandsThe Human Resources Specialist works closely with UVI leaders to provide a proactive approach in meeting department business needs as well as University-wide goals initiatives. In addition, the position provides human resource consultation to administrators, supervisors, faculty and staff. Consultation and content areas include, but are not limited to, benefits, classification and compensation, employee relations, organizational development, professional development, performance management, and recruitment and selection.
