Gannon faculty work collaboratively with colleagues, deliver instruction, advise students, engage in scholarship, and participate in service. Established as one of the first baccalaureate nursing programs in Pennsylvania, the Villa Maria School of Nursing houses a large undergraduate BSN program as well as three graduate programs, all of which have earned CCNE accreditation. Faculty are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, as assigned. All faculty must be able to support and promote the University’s inclusive Mission, its Catholic identity, and its liberal arts and professional education traditions. Candidates must provide evidence of competence in diverse teaching methods and effective classroom and clinical instruction.
