Director of Campus Life Facilities and Business Services

The Director of Campus Life Facilities and Business Operations reports to the Executive Director of Campus Life and directly supervises the Assistant Director of Facilities and the Business Operations Coordinator. The Director has oversight for all business and facility functions for the department. The Director is the primary manager of departmental finances including student fee, auxiliary, endowment, state, and student organization funds. This position oversees all facility operations to include facility maintenance, capital outlay and inventory management, building manager and information center oversight, key and access control, and facilities operation hours and system management. This position provides overall leadership and guidance for office operations, business services policy adherence, and administrative staff work assignments. This position is responsible for human resources tracking and reconciliation functions including timekeeping and leave administration, student payroll, and records archiving as well as coordinating all HR position management and talent acquisition processes for all Campus Life units. This position serves as the lead administrative officer for the University Union facilities and represents Campus Life and the Executive Director at the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) state, regional, and national conferences and professional organization business meetings.
